Owl Blue
Are now working in collaboration with the Cumberland Building Society.
It is fantastic to see local organisations taking neurodiversity seriously. The Cumberland Building Society is leading the way in Cumbria, by not only taking into consideration the neurodiverse needs of its customers but also its staff. Recently their staff has been given the opportunities to learn about and manage their own neurodiverse conditions as well as that of their family.
Over the last twelve months, Cumberland has provided training workshops for their staff and private 1:1 support sessions for those who are both willing to learn about managing their condition in the workplace and those who wish to manage their family’s condition and home life.
These sessions have been held by Owl Blue’s Geoff Evans and Nichola McDougall.
Owl Blue would also like to offer the Cumberland Building Society its heartfelt thanks, for making a generous donation of £1000 towards funding 1:1 sessions for families in the local Cumbrian community. Without generous donations like these, Owl Blue could not continue to provide the service it does.
